India Improving Foreign Businesses - Vonage

It is so crazy that Indian Telecom Regulations does not allow Indian Citizens to make voip to PSTN within the country. And I don't know how foreign companies could terminate through non-standard route provided by unauthorized individuals or companies.

I have a Vonage Connection and when I try to call to India for few weeks, I get the following message "The amount on your card is low, please recharge your account". This sounds clears that the call is routed through Prepaid cards and Telecom Regulation is sleeping in India like other regulations. The law is for someone who is innocent to bring them to court and spending public funds on it. What to do, this is the fate to the Gandhian Nation.

This not only diminishes the country's technology development also these crazy telecom regulations stop in bringing in the development to the Indian Citizens. I pay my money to foreign Businesses and they make "legal" money out of it to terminate calls in India for cheap. I doubt any Indian Business making most of "legal" money out of it.
